The script is flipped for buyers – they reach out to you. Buyer’s agents have no limit to the number of messages they can receive or wins they can achieve monthly.
Part of our mission is to give agents equal opportunity to clients, creating a more even playing field.
Win or Withdraw
If a prospective seller selects you as their ideal agent, you pay a winning fee – which unlocks their contact information – and the conversation continues offline.
Any wins that don’t go under formal contract within 14 days are eligible for a refund. Unanswered or fruitless introductions are added back to your monthly intro bank.
There’s no cap on the number of active conversations and there is no winning fee for buyer’s agents.
